FInal Project Idea

For my final project something I'm really interested in doing is writing a song. The only issue is that I don't really know how to record a song onto the computer or modify it after its recorded. I'm really interested in doing this because it's something that I really enjoy and wouldn't mind doing. I'm not sure how a song really connects with the concept of time right now, except for the fact that a song only endures for a precise amount of time. It could also be about, speak to, or represent a memory or a certain moment or series of moments in time. I would also like to create some kind of visual that goes along with the song, but I think that's pretty risky because any "music video" type projects tend to be super corny. My project needs to be a little more classy than a low quality music video. I'm not sure what that would entail yet though.
I would also really love to make a mocumentary. I love mockumentaries so much, but I don't know if it would be realistic to make one. I just now thought of this idea, so I really don't hae a concrete concept for it, but If i think of one I'll post it. I love "Summer Heights High" and that would probably be one of my main inspirations, along with other mockumentaries like the office.

Animation

This is the beginning and end of my animation project. In the beginning, I'm doing my homework, oblivious to the fact that the purple bottle next to me keeps flashing in and out with eyes and a face and the world around me is animated. In the middle part, which is not here at the moment, the objects in the room are going to come to life, having a party and building relationships until I come back, when they hurry into their spots and go into hiding. However, a diet coke can doesn't manage to run back to it's place in time, and ends up on the desk when it wasn't there before. I proceed to drink the diet coke while the hairspary bottle looks in in sadness. I think they're in love....
